Improve product oxidation and use of fuel consumption are common problems of heating furnaces. Common oxidation problems include rust loss and decarbonization, and their causes are related to temperature and oxygen content. The higher the rust loss, the higher the cost of production; decarbonization will affect the quality of the product. The energy consumption of heating furnaces accounts for 50% to 60% of the entire hot rolling mill. If energy consumption can be reduced, it will effectively reduce costs.
The key technologies derived from reducing the fuel consumption cost of heating furnaces and improving the heating quality of steel embryos include how to maintain the optimal combustion efficiency, how to make the steel embryo temperature meet the rolling demand and take energy savings into account, how to master the heating furnace process status, and how to make the temperature control system give full play to the overall best benefits, and the main motivation for us to actively invest and develop heating furnace control system solutions.
