Fushun New Steel Co., Ltd. was established in October 2005. It mainly uses rebar steel bars, high-speed wires, round steel and pipe billet products, integrating sintering, ironmaking, steelmaking and oxygen production. It is a large steel plant with an annual output of 3 million tons.

ICSC signed the "Fushun Xin Steel Co., Ltd. Steelmaking Zone Consulting Technical Service Contract" to provide Fushun Xin Steel with data governance plans such as operational technology, input, output, energy medium consumption, quality, composition, equipment status, etc. of various equipment and facilities of the steelmaking plant. Fushun Xin Steel will use this data governance planning results to guide the detailed planning of data collection and intelligent application in the production capacity replacement plan of the steelmaking zone, so as to achieve the policy goals of environmental protection, energy conservation, and intelligent steelmaking, and then support Fushun Xin Steel to consolidate the construction demonstration of the centralized control center and lead the development direction of intelligent application of steel plants.
