System introduction

Information transmission functions: TCP/IP Socket is used as the transmission interface between L2 and L1 systems, TCP/IP Socket is used as the transmission interface.

PDI receiving function: Automatically receive PDI information, automatically cover the repeated data of steel coil numbers, actively require PDI data, and PDI data backup

Steel coil tracking function: The coil online tracking function, the starting point is the steel coil entering the Entry Walking Beam, the end point is the steel coil leaving the Delivery Skid, during which the signal sent to the CRM programmable computer is coordinated with the signal sent to the CRM programmable computer, the steel coil online tracking function is performed

Steel coil scheduling function: automatic insertion of PDI data and scheduling, operators adjust rolling and delaying, operators add rolling and delaying, operators set rolling and delaying, and delaying and deletion of rolling and delaying

Roll management functions: Receive Roll data (Ready Roll), set the next set of rolls ready for use, roll change operation, use roll management operation (Used Roll Management), and current roll management record

Process information collection function: The purpose of process information collection function is to collect, judge, accumulate, and integrate through the information transmission function to meet different requirements, such as Engineering Log, Quality Log, Production Report, Inspection Report and other functional requirements.

Rolling delay setting function: Coordinate with the L1 control system and rolling delay model (provided by the equipment manufacturer) to complete the automatic control program of rolling mill. The rolling and extension model calculates the rolling and extension value required by the L1 electronic control system based on the rolling and extension theory. The L2 system will send the rolling and extension setting value to the L1 system in real time to assist operators in the smooth operation of the complex rolling and extension system.

PDO throwing function: The process data collected by the L2 system during the rolling and extension process, including the output steel coil data, etc. When the output steel coil reaches a certain predetermined position, the L2 system must throw the PDO data of the output steel coil to the L3 system.

Production line stop record: The L2 system can judge that the production line is in production or shutdown based on the L1 signal. If it is a shutdown state, the L2 system will automatically generate a shutdown record. The L2 system will provide the screen on the human-computer interface for relevant personnel to add/query/delete the shutdown record, or add information such as the reason for the shutdown, the scheduled production time, etc. Record the information on shutdown reasons and scheduled production time. The L2 system sends the shutdown record to the L3 system

Human-machine interface function: The human-machine interface function is the function that has the closest relationship between the program control system and the operator. Through the human-machine interface, the operator can perform scheduling and editing, monitor production line operation status, storage area status, rolling delay setting display and change, rolling delay mode self-adaptation status, etc. The human-machine interface function is responsible for assisting the operator in whether the best control equipment can be used.

Production report printing and management functions: All reports are designed to be displayed on the screen, so that operators can choose to print or not print. There are two ways to print the report when it is printed: automatic printing and manual printing.
