      At the end of 2018, China Steel plans to build a blast furnace intelligent platform in response to the upcoming overhaul of the iron smelting plant, which is to introduce ICSC's“Intelligent Internet of Things Operation Platform (AIoT)” as the basic environment for data integration and intelligent application development, and assists China Steel to build an AI intelligent platform integrating monitoring and intelligent modules in the steel smelting plant, so that relevant personnel can query or download data for analysis online; or use visual tools on the AIoT platform to convert data into a simple and easy-to-understand dashboard to assist operators in making judgments; it also allows relevant personnel to view real-time information on the AIoT platform through computers, mobile phones and other links. In the future, China Steel will continue to develop and improve advanced intelligent services on AIoT platforms, and move towards the path of intelligent manufacturing.

      ICSC has also assisted in the development of multiple AI intelligent applications on the Zhongsteel blast furnace intelligent platform, such as the furnace wall thickness monitoring system on the Zhongsteel blast furnace intelligent platform, which mainly monitors and predicts the residual thickness of the blast furnace wall to avoid excessive wear and damage to the blast furnace. The furnace heat temperature warning system predicts the increase in the main motor temperature before the steel embryo is rolled. If the warning value exceeds the warning value, the main motor is avoided by adjusting the schedule content. All of them integrate the big data required for fast computing through the AIoT platform to meet the needs of intelligent module computing.
