In order to improve the automation, intelligence and unmanned steel coil logistics, China Steel has invested a lot of R&D funds and manpower, and spent many years to develop unmanned sky vehicles. Its core technologies include: anti-swing, intelligent clamps, truck/car coordinate identification. The test work has been completed and is being launched for trial operation.
The complete intelligent storage unmanned sky car consists of the following systems:
Skycar control system: including Skycar walking positioning control, anti-swing control, and steel coil center detection
Warehousing management system: including storage space management and vehicle management
Vehicle registration system: including truck entry and exit steel coil data confirmation, operation vehicle access control control
Skycar command system: Provides Skycar operation commands and walking path planning
Cart image recognition system: identify the loading position of the cart or the steel coil position on the car, and provide the 3D coordinates of the Tianche loading and unloading truck
