The fully automatic analysis system can fully plan the sample preparation and analyze the detailed design of each equipment parameters. At the same time, the operation can clearly understand the real-time status and take into account the processing records to facilitate subsequent abnormal problems.

System introduction

After the sample is sampled by each on-site sampling personnel, the sample is loaded into the air inlet and the gas delivery device is operated to send the gas delivery sub gas out. The gas delivery sub gas is sent through the pipeline to the corresponding receiving station of the laboratory of the first factory. After the sample receiving station automatically opens the gas delivery sub gas delivery sub, the sample falls down to the temporary storage cylinder and waits for the trolley to receive and transfer. After the sample cooling and sample preparation process is performed by the trolley, the sample is transferred from the milling machine outlet to the same line or the sample analysis process is performed by the robot arm/spectrometer of the different lines through the ST trolley. After the sample analysis is completed, the samples transferred from the spectrometer outlet transfer cylinder are transported to the archiving equipment through the ST trolley, and the samples are archived to the slide after the radiation detection and labeling process are performed.

When the gas delivery unit enters the receiving station stage, the MAS Server System of China Steel Plant 1 Laboratory Automation Analysis System (MAS Server System) plans a complete sample transfer and processing (sample preparation and analysis) and other related paths and steps based on basic sample data, sample processing parameter settings and current conditions of available equipment in the system. The laboratory automation analysis system issues work instructions and tracks samples for each equipment in sequence, and finally completes the corresponding processing operations and uploads the analysis results to the LAB Zhonggang Laboratory Management System.

The sample is processed in sequence. If the current status of the target processing equipment for the next path step is Busy or Fault and there are other available equipment selections, the MAS Server System of China Steel Factory No. 1 Laboratory Automated Analysis System (MAS Server System) will automatically adjust and re-plan new path steps and issue work instructions to execute, avoiding the sample being waited continuously or the complete processing procedures of the predetermined plan are not completed, reducing the necessity of operators to manually intervene in the processing, and at the same time improving the efficiency and integrity of the overall processing process of the sample.
