The intelligent galvanized film thickness control system is a system jointly developed by Zhonggang and Zhongguan. It is located in the cold-rolled 2CGL hot-dip c-cross zinc production line. The equipment is above the zinc tank. It adjusts the opening and distance of the lip of the air knife, controls the pressure of air or nitrogen, scrapes off the excess zinc liquid on the surface of the steel strip, provides a predicted coating thickness, and assists the operator to adjust the parameters of the air knife to control the galvanized weight of the steel strip surface and controls the coating thickness to improve production quality.
