Through the graphical interface of the storage area, the driver of the Tianche can independently complete the shipment, reception, and outgoing operations through the computer on the Tianche; while in the vehicle part, it is through RFID technology. When the vehicle enters the warehouse to operate, the vehicle RFID senses the license plate number and then sends it to the server, and then prepares the relevant operation information for the vehicle. Provides the operating interface between the Sky Rider and the system to assist the Sky Rider in system login, steel coil loading and unloading, and vehicle loading and other functions.
Positioning system: As a judgment on the positioning and steel coil lifting of the sky car, it is for use by the sky car monitoring system and the ground CGS Client.
Vehicle queuing system: Integrates the RFID card reading machine at the warehouse door, and provides drivers with queues before registering the database. Integrates the registration monitor. Production line monitoring system: Installed in the warehouse terminal CGS Client PC, provides steel coil data monitoring of production line conveyor belts, and receives Tracking map information from production line thread control terminal
Storage area inventory system: Installed in the warehouse CGS Client PC, integrates wireless Barcode reader, and provides central control room personnel as data input, area data modification and input. When storage data is initialized or storage data is abnormal, storage area steel coil data is input into the system for use by the overall Tianche monitoring system.
