China Steel Group's current film thickness measurement technology has been used in various coating production lines such as insulating coatings, anti-fingerprints, passivation films and anti-rust oil coatings, providing on-site grasp of the coating thickness and exerting quality management effects. This system uses a film thickness gauge mainly based on infrared or X-Ray penetration principle, and cooperates with mechanism design and control, and uses reciprocating mobile scanning of the moving steel coil to collect the coating information of the steel coil, and cooperates with film thickness software to display and analyze the film thickness software in real time. In addition to immediately displaying the real-time scanning results, the collected steel coil film thickness information is presented in a simple and easy-to-understand graphical interface, making it easy to distinguish the distribution of the steel coil coating.
