During the steel production process, after high-temperature smelting and strong rolling delay, it is difficult to avoid holes and edge crack defects in the finished steel plate product. This system adopts the principle of dual camera stereo measurement (stereoscope), and has advantages such as earthquake resistance, skew adaptability, etc. Qualitative and quantitative detection of the back image of the steel belt can be measured at the same time. Width measurement can not only be used as a basis for quality management, but also serve as important information for edge cutting and annealing processes.
Width detection range 600-1800mm, vertical vibration within 200mm, measurement accuracy ±0.5mm
Hole detection capability, the resolution in the direction of travel of the steel belt is 1.53mm, the width direction is 0.44mm, the overall detection capability is 1mmx1mm, and there is a video record storage, which can take images at high speed and analyze problems.
Automatic alarm sound identification: It is divided into three different sounds according to width abnormality, holes and edge splits, which is convenient for users to make judgments.
