System Description
Use robots to replace traditional human and fixed control mechanisms, and rethink and design overall manufacturing analysis processes.
System Purpose
Reduce the safety hazards of operators
Improve overall production line efficiency through more flexible system architecture and equipment configuration planning and customized control logic
System functions
The suitable robotic arm control scheme (PC, PLC or arm controller) can be selected for process control in the industry.
Customize various hard equipment and coordinated control software in accordance with production line or laboratory needs
Integrate various system equipment to perform automatic scheduling planning and process control
Connect with the upper system (SPC, ERP, LAB, etc.) system to receive or send the required data of the system
Real-time process tracking display and work order control
Alarm, historical data query, time recapture and other functions for users to maintain
System architecture and features
Integrated architecture: Integrate from the upstream (LAB, ERP, etc.) L3 system, transmit sample/order related information to the L2 Server, and perform path planning based on the real-time status of each device and analysis/production needs, and control downstream Robot and related devices to perform corresponding operations.
Single-mode architecture: Suitable for smaller systems, PLC can be used as the process control body to control interface devices and Robot. Robot can also be used directly as the controller. The PDI/PDO data access and control are still acceptable to the external system.
